David&KrisComics started following Anyone know what this book would grade for? and Adventure Comics lot on eBay

If anyone cares to lend me a hand with determining the grade for SHOWCASE 33, that I own in my collection would be greatly appreciated. Also one more question if you don't mind me asking you guys this. But we're is a good place to list comic books in my collection for sale there non graded and furthermore I have a lot of Adventure Comics, Justice League of America, Batman, Showcase, Aquaman, Strange Tales, War Comics, and Several Modern Comic Books. But this is the pictures of my SHOWCASE 33 that I'm needing someone to help me determine the grade for the comic book? Thanks again in advance for helping me out, I truly appreciate it alot.

Need some help with determining the grade for this comic book, I have a AQUAMAN 6 in beautiful condition. And furthermore the reason why I am needing some help is because I have seen CGC graded books that were 9.8 and have off white to white pages before. Heck I have even seen 10.0 before and have it say off white to white pages! So I am very confused about the books I have and what they could possibly grade for. So if anyone can please help me out that would be greatly appreciated... THANK you in advance for helping me out.

David&KrisComics replied to Mijael.Levy's topic in Silver Age Comic Books
Who truly determines if a comic book is in fact a key issue I'm just curious is all because it seems like you people are saying that key issue books generally speaking sell for more money this may be true on a scenario however since gocollect.com doesn't check graded books being sold on Facebook marketplace or MECARI sales app. Then who is truly going to know what is and isn't a actually high value comic book itself because you see I didn't have to worry about what I collected in my day and still don't I collect everything so truly trust me when I say this I don't care all that much for keys I have them yes and I have rare keys as well. But there has to be a point in time that key comic books thing is truly overrated take for example what would you value a ACTION COMICS 94 CGC GRADED 8.0 to be I'm just curious is all because overstreet price guide says it's worth $1000 dollars and we'll I sold this book yesterday on MECARI app for $1292.09 when I get paid everything this is after they took their part out so you see my question is what would you pay for it and why wouldn't this dinosaur of a comic book in a very high grade be considered a key comic book? -
