  1. looks like overlooking double cover is still occurring. I submitted a order qty 15 of bronze age X-men July 27th fast track (approx 24 business days turnaround time). For some miraculous reason the order was updated to ship august 9th. My issue X-men #107 is a double cover. I received grade of 9.4 and no grader notes or reference to a double cover label. will need to send back to cgc.
  2. I'm looking to participate in a auction with comic connect to buy a venom lethal protector 1 cgc 9.6 wp black print error direct edition. It appears to be a rare book according to gpa analysis because not alot of sales data. From my experience error prints sell at a premium. My question is do error prints really have that much more value to justify paying more if a bidding war should start? I know what my max is im willing to pay but I would hate to lose out on this gem by a few hundreds of dollars. So ultimately my question is it reasonable to go over what my max price is I'm willing to pay because of the rarity of this book because who knows when another one will come along? https://www.comicconnect.com/item/927967
  3. is there any reparation where damage is done to my comic submission that was not present when I submitted but occurred after I submitted and returned to me? how do I know. I have photos of the book i submitted to CGC and after I received back from grading it is not the same.
  4. not sure how to describe what i see on the front covers of my bronze age xmen 100's. there is some color blotches where the color is faded. not sure if this is from the printing machine where a book stacked on top wiped or rubbed the color or was this from pressing. its smooth to the touch. feels like the rest of the cover. my ultimate questions are what is this anomaly called? ways this could have been created? and how would this impact grading? I already asked cgc and they told me i need to submit so they can grade it but if the grade is going to be lower for this i would just prefer to sell raw.
  5. not sure how to describe what i see on the front covers of my bronze age xmen 100. there is some color blotches where the color is faded. one book this anamoly is mostly on colossus thigh, storm hand and nightcrawler the other book its on xavier jacket, beast head, jean grey shoulder, cycops left arm and red text arrow above his head. not sure if this is from the printing machine where a book stacked on top wiped the color or was this from pressing. its smoothe to the touch. feels like the rest of the cover. my ultimate questions are what is this anomaly called, how was it created and how would this impact grading?
