Hello, I am seeing if anyone has any information, my submission has been received sense December 8th and has not moved, it was marked received when CGC was still on the 60 day turnaround frame, I am just not sure if I should just expect them to now be on the 70 day frame? I know once they get moved from received to scheduled it moves quick but I am just curious as I am on day 53 haha. Thanks for any information!

Thanks for the info! I can't imagine how crazy it is there at the moment! Just was trying to figure out if it's gonna be around the estimated turn around times or if I should be planning for longer haha. Thanks again!!

Just curious if anyone else is sitting in received still? I'm on business day 45 of the 65 day turn around and I am just curious if alot of others are experiencing the same thing. I know my last submission was a long time going from received to scheduled so I figured I'd reach out and ask. Thanks everyone!!

So my random question of this evening is, does CGC grade damaged cards, I should say do they have like a label or certain grade they give a card if it is damaged? I am looking to get a card ideally put in a CGC slab but would like to know if there is anything they do, or if it would get a 0. Thanks!

Thank you for the information and I can only imagine what the recent influx what that does for the turnaround times. I'm just curious if there's any information on orders that were received before the 60-day bump if those are going to fall into the previous 30-day turnaround or if Jess with an increase of volume coming to cgc if they will most likely be on the 60-day? Hey Everyone, So I for sure know that CGC has been swamped with submissions, I am curious if anyone has a up to date timeframe on bulk submissions turn around? I know the site still says 30 days and I feel it will be longer than that which is cool, I am just curious if they have been able to stick to those times still listed? The reason I ask as I am sitting on day 14 right now and I am still marked as received, not sure if that is pretty routine or if thats a sign of the backlog or maybe I did something wrong as it was my first submission haha. Hello, I am curious about how long it is currently taking for CGC to log the submission as received. My shipping information shows they had received the package early Tuesday so I was curious how long it is taking for it to be put into the system as received? Thanks everyone!
