  1. Lots of movement today, it seems. 12 card economy order Received: Nov 12 Shipped: Dec 30 So all in all, while it sat Received for several weeks (about 25 business days), it moved through the remaining stages quite swiftly.
  2. For what's it's worth the staff told me in another thread that "Receiving" is the slowest stage, and that things tend to move quickly once scheduled for grading. I guess we'll find out soon!
  3. I've been Received for 21 business days; my 'estimated turnaround time' was 30 business days. Economy, sub grades. Received Date: Nov 12 Current Status: Received
  4. Thanks for clarifying. My turnaround time is estimated at 30 days, and we're 19 days in at present. But if "Receiving" is the biggest hurdle, that makes a bit more sense. Much appreciated.
  5. Wow. If merely receiving now takes longer than the estimated turnaround time for the entire process, I would hope that they'd be a lot more proactive in notifying customers with pending orders, updating their turnaround times, etc.
  6. HI there, could you please advise? The problem is not that my order isn't in the system, it's that my order has been "Received" on the tracker for 19 business days.
  7. Mine took about 5 business or days or so to appear in the system as Received once the post office delivered it. Of course, since then it's just been sitting as "received." About three weeks now.
  8. Thanks for the reply! But I think there's been a misunderstanding. It's already "Received," and has been for 16 business days.
  9. HI there, I sent in a query through the CS form but haven't received a response. I'm wondering if there's an issue with my submission? Its status has been "Received" for three weeks now, or 15 business days. Since that's halfway through the total turnaround estimate, I'm wondering if there's an issue with the submission, or if there's just an unexpected backlog. If a moderator could message me I can provide the order information. Many thanks!
  10. Mine took six business days, so over a week in calendar days. I'd expect it to show up for you any day now.
  11. I'm also brand new to the scene, but from my own research for Pokemon card sales, I'd say buyers' preference is PSA, then CGC, then BGS. I chose CGC because their turnaround times are about 3x faster.
  12. So six or seven business days then. That seems reasonable. Thanks! Edit for anyone else who may read this: mine appeared in the CGC system six business days after the post office tracking showed "delivered."
  13. My package was shown as delivered on Nov 4, but isn't showing up in the system yet either. It's been three business days. My guess is it might take a little longer than that.
  14. Hi all, I'm Canada based and since there's no insurance option for the return shipment back to me, I'm planning on using U-Pic third-party insurance. The only concern is that I'll only have 1 day after the order is shipped to submit the package for U-Pic's coverage, and I'll need to be able to provide: Package ID or Invoice Number Carrier Tracking Number Is this information available to me (by email, or via my CGC account, or anything?) when CGC issues the return shipment? I've never used CGC before so I'm not sure what details I get regarding the return shipment.
  15. Apparently the issue is that I had some cards set-up for sub-grading, and others not, which somehow added significant shipping costs.
  16. Hi all! I just signed up and began filling out a submission for grading 14 trading cards, but after filling out the card info, I see the only option for return shipping to Canada is a $200 Fedex option. Am I missing something? That seems excessive. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, many thanks!
