I've sent an email to customer service which didn't really get a response that was applicable to my question. Hoping to find more information here since I want to complete an upcoming significant bulk sub. I am currently at Associate membership level and I want to upgrade to Premium for the discount and credit but it appears that this is inaccurate for me.
On my online submission form for trading cards, the screen where I choose the sub tier (bulk, economy, standard, etc.) shows a discount of 10%. I am seeing $7.20 for bulk pricing. This should mean that my discount is at 10%, even though I think I should only be getting 5% off due to my membership level. If I upgrade to Premium, is that an additional 10% discount on those prices? Or is what I am seeing inaccurate?
