You can't go wrong with either the NES or the SNES. They are both a ton of fun.
If you're going to buy a NES get a top loader modded to have AV output.
Then you don't have to worry about all the pin connector issues you get with the toaster. Costs a little more but well worth it.
All I ever needed was a butter knife 2 fix all my buddies games 4 a sweet chip crunch . Hey Bronty. Long time ;<)

Just back from the Dallas Comicon! The #402 is the first and only SS of this issue.

Just got this in from CGC yesterday:
That is just RIDICULOSLY SICK!!!!!! Very nice work!

Geez, this has basically been my personal thread lately. Surely someone else is getting Spidey books done!
Both of these come courtesy of NYComics' Masters 5 signing. Thanks Sean!
The #177 was a blue label 9.4 in a past life that I got a great deal on, and I'm really happy to add Sinnott to the ASM SS collection. As for the #272, that was formerly a blue 9.8 and my Buscema SS kryptonite continues. And before anyone thinks I am throwing Sean or Sal under the bus that is definitely not the case. The book looks just as good now as it did in the 9.8 holder. I apparently just came up on the wrong side of the coin flip this time.
Don't feel bad..... I had a ASM #230 CGC 9.8 which is the 2nd Juggernaut book go from a blue label 9.8 to a JRJR SS 9.4 and as it's 1 of the harder books 2 get in run it sucked. Book looks f'n identical. Also my 229 went from a 9.8 2 a 9.6 ss. What really sucks about cracking 9.8's is there's a decent chance they'll drop but a very slim chance they'l bump into 9.9 status. Unfortunately that leans ppl 2 sub more 9.4's & 9.6s hoping 4 a bump which is much more likely from that grade platform. We get what we get I suppose. Enjoy your slabs as essentially they are the same book! Also very nice ASM's you've added 2 the thread bro!

Looks like it is up to me to this fine thread again. Just got back three books that NYComics facilitated for me at Baltimore last year. The #189 is the lone 9.8 SS copy, the #274 is one of only 3 9.8 SS (and I wonder if the other 2 are double signed like this one), the #297 is the lone 9.6 behind only one 9.8.
Kinda broke right now as on break from collecting but if you ever wanna release the 274 keep me in mind as there's probably not a better SS ASM201 thru 300 collection that it would go with my friend!!!! ;<)
PS..... Beauty books all that you have posted!

THE ABSOLUTE BOMB as far as Venom VS Carnage goes ............... my sketch finished by Bill Dinh. And a big congrats to him for the piece itself.
Rich
Not sure if either a scan could do this justice or if the slabbed pic could do the full cover spread the same but got this beauty in the mail as a solid cgc 9.6! With all the work there I am lucky to have pulled such a high grade.
Kudos Bill! I will have scans of front and back ASAP!

But on the lighter side, your books will never have had such shine!

Your wallet will never be the same.
I have a very difficult time disagreeing with this statement.

Figured these would go nice together:
Guess ppl see the 300 first and as they've seen so many that their brain tells them to scroll down without fully examining the KICK sketch beside it!!!!!!!!! I know as a collector of ss cgc 201 thru 300, I had fallen prey to this Fast Analyzation pattern!!
Great book friend!!
