  1. Bump. Still not fixed. I don't want to call and waste time explaining something like this over the phone like a boomer. Sending links and screenshots is more efficient.
  2. I sent in a 2020 "Special Delivery Pikachu" and the scan in their database is of a 1999 Pikachu. https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3773368001/ Here are the cards side by side and a screenshot showing the wrong scan: https://imgur.com/a/SLIzmmr I have been emailing back and forth with support. It took a few emails for them to even understand the issue, and they kept asking for more pictures of the cards as if that had anything to do with it. Support said: I think they finally understood when I said: They told me they would fix it ASAP on June 16. I followed up a couple weeks later and got no response.
  3. Create a support ticket. I did the same thing a few months ago.
  4. With the amount of boxes coming their way, CGC is going to become like the Federal Reserve gold vault in NYC, except for Pokemon cards. Hope they have good security.
  5. https://www.psacard.com/articles/articleview/10367/psa-customer-update-april-2021 CGC, if you don't increase your prices now then I don't know what to say.
  6. Why not rethink your pricing table in the short term to temporarily adjust for increased demand? There isn't a way to make everyone happy, but many bulk and economy submissions feel like their cards are being held hostage, which I assume is the majority. Maybe you don't want to do this because it sets a precedent every time there is an influx in submissions and you want to keep your prices stable. However I think there is a way to make it work, and if you are really scaling for the future, then this should only be a one time adjustment. At some point action needs to be taken if you can't hire fast enough and boxes continue to pile up. PSA has already take action. If it were up to me I would combine Standard/Express and increase the price drastically relative to Bulk/Economy. The combine Bulk/Economy so it's not so easy to cut off other submissions with a little price difference. Then increase prices across the board to be more comparable to PSA. You can still undercut the competition without having insanely cheap prices and overloading your employees.
  7. Anyone know if the backlog is still growing or shrinking? I have a bulk order received Jan 15 that I need back by April 29 or else I'll have to change the return address to another country. Frustrating... I will have to pay more for shipping because their estimate was way off at the time I sent them in.
  8. They have already been paid for all the cards sitting there. The cards are liabilities, not future revenue. So quite the opposite of what you are saying.
