  1. Its officially April 2022. Its been nearly TWO YEARS and you guys have yet to supply your paying customers with possibly the most basic feature that every single reputable grading company offers. At this point it is almost pathetic how this has not been completed. With the amount of money you guys are making, I find it truly impressive that you have failed to hire a competent engineering team to develop a simple website that displays a god damn excel sheet for chirsts sake. We aren't talking brain surgery here. Stop with the excuses and be transparent with your customers and your community.
  2. hahahaha this is a joke at this point. Bruh you guys make an absurd amount of money. Use some to hire additional programmers and provide your customers with a product that should be the bare minimum for a card company of this scale.

  4. There is no additional turnaround time for the Express and WalkThrough tiers.
  5. Nah, they usually scan and post the images when they ship them. For some reason this has been messed up lately. My recent submission stated it was finalized and shipped, showed the grades, but no images, and now the grades are gone and it says its back in the grading/quality control stage, yet they gave me a tracking number and told me it was shipped. So it seems their website is very out of whack at the moment.
  6. Sooo I checked my submission yesterday afternoon and it was finally graded. Log in this morning and the grades are now gone, and it says it is back in the grading and quality control stage. Lol what the hell is going on CGC yall ok over there?
  7. the card is crooked. looking at the back you can see it is slightly off from the top left corner to the top right corner, on a downward slope.
  8. Express submission received 5/4 has been in grading and quality control for 3 weeks. My card was also charge a week ago and they have yet to be finalized and shipped. Seeing multiple standard and express subs being returned. Rather frustrating.
  9. ya, standard submissions are coming back before express, express submissions coming back before walk through, no one really knows whats going on in florida right now.
  10. Finally got a hold of customer service. Apparently they hadn't received payment from my previous walkthrough submission. Odd because I got the card back over a month ago and have 3 credit cards on file that all work. Nonetheless they were apparently holding this submission hostage without telling me lol. Seems like everything has been cleared up though and they have stated this will ship out within 48 hours. Very odd turn of events.
  11. My express order has been in the "grading/quality control stage since the 21st. This doesn't seem normal as I am seeing standard submissions received after mine that have been imaged/finalized/ and shipped.
  12. Express submission received 5/4 nearing almost 2 months at CGC..... They claimed a 7 business day turnaround and now a 12 day turnaround... Its laughably inaccurate.
  13. You sure you aren't mixing things up here. Received is when they mark it in their system, aka open your package and log it in. When it is delivered the package is simply at their PO box collecting dust until they open it, like my standard submission that was delivered in March....
  14. ok something has to be wrong with my express submission. Received 5/4 and still not graded.. Yet this standard submission on 5/12 is finalized and shipped? I don't understand what the hell is going on over at CGC.
  15. My package was delivered 2 months ago. You guys should add that onto the 65 day TAT for standard.
  16. I mean this is the problem right here... there is absolutely no consistency and its pretty embarrassing. Not sure how my express submission that was received a week earlier is still not yet graded.

I have no problem with the submission taking longer than the TAT and I understand it is a best guess estimation from CGC, but please don't claim the card is in the grading and quality control stage and then have it sit there for 3 weeks. Its just a bit embarrassing that it could possible take that long, or you are just lying and the card is not in that stage, which is fine. Just be honest. And as far as the submission, it's 10 cards, being a mix of modern Charizards, some hidden fates, and three 1st edition gym hero's cards. Certainly not a complicated submission for CGC.
  18. Lol yes i understand how estimations work. But when you state a submission has entered the grading stage it should not take 3 over weeks to grade. I rather the card not be falsely claimed to be in this step if it is clearly not. Unless a sloth and a snail are sharing this submission

  20. 10 card submissions has been in "grading/quality control" for 18 days. Obviously they are not actually in this stage as it would be taking them roughly 43 hours per card and counting to grade them. But its funny to think about.
  21. CGC had soooo many opportunities to capture a massive market share of this industry and essentially become the new leader for card grading and just stumbled time and time again. I am assuming they are currently making incredible amounts of money right now regardless of how poorly the company is being ran so I guess in the end the powers that be could really care less. It's certainly a shame though.
