I just submitted DC Black label Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey, all eight books, to be signed at your in house private signing. I notice CGC has valued the books very high. How is this determined and if I want to sell them is this a price I should begin at?

I am very new to comics and I have submitted DC Black label comics to be signed and graded. CGC shows all 8 of my Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey as a very high value. How is this determined? And, if I want to sell them would that be the best price to begin at?
