  2. i’ve heard rumors that CGC has stopped grading these I just want to make sure if this is true or not because I have some I would like to grade.
  3. I mean that's kind of insane don't you think? 3 months to wait after having paid 600+ for mistakes on GCC end, I would seem. like the right thing to do would be express fix these?

  5. i mean its extremely hard to judge centering top to bot on the front of this game simply because the top has no boarder however its pretty well centered from left to right and on the back.
  6. after waiting over 9 month my bulk submission is finally home the 25 cards that had sub grades were sent separately to the 25 that did not have sub grades, the sub graded cards came back with little to issue's on the slabs however the none sub grade came back with all scuffs and scratches and just in very poor condition i've seen multiple people complain about this so I'm curious how does this kind of thing get past quality control? I'm very disappointed and hopefully something can be done about this i have spent over $600 for these cards to be graded and waited over 9 month to get them back so if anyone at CGC could please reply here i would appreciate cause as of now im not happy customer.

  8. So my question is will there be an option to regrade an already graded cgc card with out having to crack it out the slab ourselves? It would be cool if there was a submission option just for this, I’ve been wondering one of my slabs has a good shot as at a 10 but I won’t risk cracking the slab myself.

  11. prior to the new submission form there was a section to regrade an already graded cgc slab while putting in a minimum grade to avoid your card getting a lower grade then what it currently is however this new submission form does not show an option to do this unless your graded card is in a psa or bgs slab so my question is, is there no way of regrading a cgc slab while opting in for a minimum grade?

  14. Your website has had issues for the last 3-4 days not just tonight, terrible customer service if you think this is appropriate for people with memberships... if nothing is done I will cancel my membership and go to another company.

Hello I upgraded my basic membership to the second tier membership about a month ago however the reduction in grading fees were not applied I’ve tried multiple times to call and get this issue resolved however the customer service reps keep telling me it is how it should be when I know it isn’t my prices did not change my upgrade from basic to middle tier membership... can someone from cgc please help me with this issue?
  17. I sent my cards in to cgc on the 13th 3 days prior to the price increase however the package is still delayed with usps is anyone else having package delay issues? and also will this affect the price since i did my submission prior to the price increase?
  18. I don’t personally send card worth less than 100 but if I want to use the walkthrough option I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 5 days turnaround time when paying $105 to get one card graded that’s bad business imo usually more fees means quicker turnaround time that’s kind of the point.
  19. The price isn’t the issue here but paying more for longer wait times is just silly do one or the other don’t increase subgrade prices and then add 5 days wait time as well... the whole point is to pay more for less wait

I’m okay with the price increase for the most part the 50% increase for walkthrough seems a bit steep but what ever I can deal with that my issue is how can you guys increase the price of subgrades and the turnaround times together??? I think that’s I really bad decision and I hope you guys rethink this. Usually people pay more for shorter wait times not vice versa, it will be a minimum of 104.75 to grade one card through walkthrough option with the new prices and also change the turnaround times from 3 business days to 8 this in my opinion will make cgc lose customers... I enjoy cgc’s professionalism however this is a huge turn off for me.

Terribly done how you gonna increase the prices so much after a few months? 75+7 per card with subgrades for walkthrough absolutely insane they are going to lose a lot of customers for this... their cards have not fully reached the value of psa an bgs it was getting there slowly but this is just going to push everyone away.
  22. Do you expect your grading turnaround times to reach 6-9 months like PSA and BGS?
