Not sure. I paid for these orders well over a month ago… ones that were paid at the same time came back already. But 2 of mine just sit. Called accounting and they said there was no pay issue. Sooooo idk what’s going on

Hey @PaulS. is back! Can you explain why all my economy orders but 2 have been shipped back and the 2 I’m waiting on have been there for months before the other ones I have gotten back?

My 2/11 economy just shipped today. My bulk got back to me 2 months ago from the same order.

The sad part is… this particular order sat in Quality Control for over a month! I started with them in December and it was awesome. Cards came back fast and perfect to how I put order in. Now it’s hit or miss.. they are using 2 different locations due to the upgrade.. consistency has gone out the window.. new owners need to take a look at what’s going on. They just lost a nice chunk of change having to refund me subgrades on an economy order and 2 bulk orders they have done this to.

And their answer is to just refund me subgrade cost…. This is a joke. I can’t wait till all my cards are back so I can wash my hands of this nightmare.. 9 months and have only had 2 orders correct. I still have 20 orders there…

Currently on the phone with customer service. Had my 2/11 economy with subgrade order go into ship status today… no subgrades on the order slip or the pictures…. Be warned… paid for subgrades and didn’t get them.

Well CGC just took payment for 6 of my orders. Sadly it was a mixed order with different credit cards attached to the orders, but they charged them all to one card. So be warned.

That’s not accurate, I have an economy order sitting in QC that’s already paid for and the bulk from same order is at my house. This economy order has been in QC for 3 days now.

Welp my 2/11 economy finally went to finalize today!! Woohoo. Only 2 months after I got the bulk back from same order.

Mine too. I’ve had my bulk from my the same submission as my economy for almost 2 months now.

Tell me about it. Customer service is no help on email or phone either.

Just stop trying to make sense of anything.

Wow mine is 2/11 and still hasn’t made it that far with my economy… I’m about to losing my dang mind.

Well I just got off the phone with them again.. all they will say is that it’s in the sealing phase and will move on. According to them it has been in sealed sense Sept 10… but my order 2 months later is already past that in bulk.. economy got the shaft hard and they won’t say what’s going on. Also notice how all the staff is silent on the boards? We are in the twilight zone here.

Count your blessings… my 2/11 economy order is still on “encapsulation” and has been for 3 months… this is getting ignorant. edit: oh and the only response I get is a generic, it’s moving though the process and should be done soon….

Well my 2/11 received date economy is still in encapsulation… my 4/2 received economy finalized today.. wth is going on? Almost 2 month difference and it beat my February sub.. and all they say is some copy and paste email response…

They were shipped over a week ago

Because pwcc has been shill bidding forever and finally got caught.. that’s all there really is to it. Nothing we can do about it, eBay put their foot down.

Still waiting… while others economy orders after mine have shipped back.

Starting to give up on this Economy Order being finished soon.. keep getting told Economy is backed up… but both bulk orders passed it?!

Must be nice.. both my bulks from same orders are back to me. This one is still not moving..

I mean my 10 economy was out paced by my 28 bulk no subgrades and 32 bulk subgrades all received the same day.

So my 2/11 bulk no subgrades has returned home.. my 2/11 bulk with subgrades was shipped. My 2/11 economy is still in encapsulation……….

One of my bulk orders is back in my hands. Other should be here tomorrow. The economy is still in grading. All 3 orders were received at CGC 2/11.
