  1. Express Received 3/31. Moved to Grading/QC 4/16. Still there currently. 4/23 is 17 business days from "Received" and my other express orders have been making it back to me in 15-17 days so fingers crossed it's finalized today!
  2. So what I'm seeing on both the cards posted in the thread is the same issue. It has to do with the epoxy or whatever they use to texture the front of the newer cards that have that texture (FA and Rainbow). It seems to almost wrap over the top and bottom edges onto the back a bit so when it's cut it leaves a very noticeably rough edge. Also a couple of very small whitening dots (could be from dust but can't be sure from the images) and both are visibly off center. Not sure any of that really constitutes 6.5s but CGC have their algorithm that figures it all up
  3. I had an Express I failed to mark EX Delivered on 3/5 and not Received until 3/27. Turnaround from Received to Shipped on Express and Walkthrough are holding steady with their estimated times for my orders so I feel like they're doing great as far as staffing those positions goes. They're just being absolutely gobsmacked with deliveries right now so getting things entered in is taking a hot minute. Even on clearly marked packages it's taking at least a few days. I marked up my last Express (delivered 3/26) with 2x EX and written out EXPRESS in red on every face of the box and it still wasn't marked received until 3/30.
  4. Title says it. Looks like all submission forms are down. I've tried on multiple PCs and Mobile but all of them throw the same error after the page tries to load unsuccessfully for a bit.
  5. Thanks for that explanation Paul. I appreciate that you guys don't just let 10s fly out the door left and right and a card well and truly has to earn the grade. Was just looking for a bit of clarity after seeing the grades on a few of my recent orders.
  6. Greetings. Just out of curiosity, do all sub grade categories carry the same weight? For example, if I have a card with 9.5/10/10/9.5 as the various grades, which would average 9.75, should that not round up to a 10 rather than 9.5 or do certain categories hold more weight than others?
  7. That would be my problem... single card in a small package and not marked as express. Has likely been overlooked.
  8. As the title says. Package was delivered 3/5 but still hasn't been "received." With all the backlog, has delivered-->received moved beyond the typical 1-5 business days or should I be concerned?

  10. Hello. I have a Charizard VMAX (pictured) that was pulled pack fresh with what looks to be damage to the actual foil rather that just scratched varnish. I would imagine this was likely done when the card was stamped/pressed/varnished (not sure of the actual process). Would this constitute a printing error or would it just affect the card's "surface" grade?
