I received my first CGC order Today and Both my special delivery Pikachu have damage on them that was definitely not there when i sent them in. One of them has surface scratches on the top left to the bottom on one side and the other has card an indentation line on the top right hand corner... i’m really shocked because I got really good grades on everything else as far as I was concerned but I sent in copies of special delivery Pikachu that were definitely between an 8.5 and a 9 for a grade and I received today an 8 an a 7.5. My 7.5 with the indentation line on it got a 6.5 surface but 9.5 centering 9 corners and 9 edges. really disappointed because those are some of my favorite cards I received last year that are now encapsulated with damage. 😭

I was super excited a couple of days ago when my order finally shipped to me!!! Usually any mail piece I’ve ever had delivered updates at least every 24 hours. Is this normal for registered mail to go without update because it slower?

That gives me hope. My bulk with sub grades received 2/04 is still in received. super hopeful I’ll see movement soon! 😄

I sent in a bulk submission right before the price increase it is still just delivered not received yet because of all of the backlog of orders currently. I am curious though to if I will have to pay for my order when they open and log it into the system next month or if I have to pay for it when it goes into grading like they had originally stated

I kept at it and eventually it did let me type it in myself but at first it would not let me unfortunately doing this on my phone and not a computer makes it a little bit more of a hassle still worth it though. thank you!

I am currently filling out a submission and cannot find the EB games version of the flapple promo that was released recently.. what should I put it under? Thank you in advance!
