I was strictly buying from e-bay and had a few regular sellers and both Flaming_Telepath and Divad invited me to join. I've really enjoyed my short stay here meeting some wonderful people and seeing so many incredible books. Oh yea...I've really enjoyed feeling a sense of a community.

Awesome Frogman comics you guys. I just love this book and sure miss it although it's in a good home and I know Mike is a big frogman collector. One day I'll hopefully find another nice copy.

Thanks guys and I've been around lurking and just not posting. I had to take a three month or more break from buying and I find the hobby is a little less fun when you're not buying. Especially watching all these sweet books up for auction at Heritage. Another month or so I can finally go back to my normal budget.

Another awesome book Richard and it's nice seeing you win some of Andy's sweet books. Some books I received in my last package from my favorite e-bay seller a few months ago and I don't think I posted these.

I was going to name him Gunner, Wee Willy or Sunny and the way he goes crazy jumping all over the furniture I might change his name from Wally to Wild Man.

Thanks for the kind words guys and I really appreciate your thoughts during this extremely rough time. She was only four years old and had lukemia and a few other problems. I've been reading comics to escape reality in an attempt to stop thinking about her.

I really shouldn't post these and I still have to pay my favorite e-bay seller, but I couldn't stand the thought of the WAR thread possibly slipping off page one. Since most of my friends are on this thread and CG scares me these days I wanted to tell someone of the terrible experience I've been through this past week with my poor cat. I spent close to a thousand dollars total in two parts and the first waste of money didn't make her better and I paid quite a bit of cash less than a week later to have my baby put to sleep yesterday.

I would say Unknown Soldier as more significant, but I prefer the Enemy Ace as a character and all the books with him appearing in SSWS are excellent reads. A few BA books I've picked up recently.
