    Who else is getting the shaft lately? Not only did my cards get sent in over 6 months ago, extended grading periods 3x, and been sitting in grading/capsulation/finalizing for over 2 weeks! I am getting absolutely no customer service emails and haven't for 3 messages all about 1 to 2 months apart. This is not right and I will be grading at sgc only. They had my cards back in 9 business days for a 25-30 business day approximately Not once but twice!!! I'm over cgc what happened I paid $250 and did two submissions I got one back but still waiting for the second. My subscription is over in a couple months has well and seriously not even two submissions done. Screw that.

    My cards were submitted on feb 16. Three weeks after they already made it there. The cards have just been sitting on recieved. Estimate times was first 20 business days then 22 business days now this week (mind you still sitting in recieved and almost 22 days from being recieved about 2 and half months since I sent them in) it has been bumped to 30 days. Are cards not prioritized by who was first in same payed time frame. How long will it be now? Thank you. Just frustrating and rarely emails returned back to me. I get there busy but I am a first time customer it doesn't seem to rub me the right way. Thank you again.

    Yeah I noticed that it took almost a month for them to process u literally had my two cards from sgc on way back before they started and sgc was a 65 day business turnaround. They did it in 9 business days would be ten but one day was a holiday. Unbelievable speed

    I sent in cards to be graded some here and some for football elsewhere. The football ones were received wrote me a email saying so. Nothing from cgc no response back please help.
