This is a vote about yannis on the major transaction thread. Looking at the results on the probation thread vote I can see how quick people forget.

That's a bit of a giant leap of logic, though - it's not "someone" who doesn't like Frank who's trying to get him on the list; it's 60+ board members who are doing so and for very good reason. Why hasn't there been a vote about yannis then? He acted horribly also.

Thats sad IMO. Yannis is more guilty that Frank IMO, but he has nice books and people don't want him on the list because of that.

I have sold to Frank a couple of times, and never had any problems, but what he did was wrong and he acted Immature when caught . Should he be on list list What bothers me about the vote is that if someone doesn't like someone he could try to get that person voted in for no reason. Have to be careful about that.

No. I'd look at it this crazy way. There is no impacted party that wants to ensure other board members don't get burned in the future. So it is up to the forum to police itself in this case. If board members can vote people in then why note vote yannis in? Is it because he's more popular with board members? I agree and I think it's dumb that someone is added by popular, or in this case unpopular, vote. If the wronged party doesn't have the wherewithal to do it, then tough titty. What Frankenstein did was wrong, he acted horribly trying to defend himself, but were does it say in the probation rules that he should be on the Hall of Shame or the probation list period? Everyone knows what he did and did he hurt any buyers? His rep is ruined as a seller, but why can't he be allowed to buy?

How the hell am I supposed to know all about that? Do I sit there when he works? No. Do I talk him about his job? No. I try to keep his business out of our talks. You really need to let that go. Happy to dish it out, not willing to take a bit, and as for Russ/Comic supply; the company you keep helps to define you. So untrue. When I sell a book I make sure that the book is sent out asap. I just have to wonder why are you sticking up for yannis when everyone else agrees about him being on the probation list? Is he your buddy? Seems that way No, I just think the Hall if Shame is for the worst of the worst, like your buddy Comic Supply True CS belongs there just like your buddy Yannis.
