    What's the average time for a submission to be scanned once it is received? I had my last order show on my tracking as delivered on Thursday 12/7/23 and has still yet to show up in my submissions or the tracking search.

    I'm guessing the scanning must be pretty backed up with the increase in submissions before the price increase. Do you know about how long it is currently taking to get submissions scanned and into the grading process? My package was delivered on 5/4/21 by USPS (9406103699300020367527). Thanks!
