  1. It's funny reading these message boards and seeing the disfunction CGC still had going for themselves. You guys have it made compared to a few years ago when CGC trading cards first started booming. TAT times for bulk went from 30 days to over 365 days with in like 2 weeks of the boom AND they took payment once you click submit. CGC says TAT should reflect on the day they received your package, which has always been a lie. They use the phrase the fastest TAT in the business just to pull in anyone willing to spend $ to grade cards... Once you shipped your cards to them, there is nothing you can do at that point because they won't cancel your submission or send it back. They will grade your cards and hold them for ransom until you pay up. So it's best to just move on with your lives and get a surprise in the mail one day once they ship your cards back and take it as a life lesson. Thanks for keeping me entertained. Lul
  2. Wow.... great customer service like always....
  3. Wow. Looks like they lost your submission and fed u some lies because I see submissions sent in over a month after yours that has returned to them already....
  4. No need to attack me with ignorance. Do some research and educate yourself. I thought it would be fun to get my cards graded with my kids through CGC roughly 2 years ago and ended up in the same position as yall are in now. When I made my first bulk sub, TaT was like 40 some days. We didn't get our submission back for 8 months and that's was during the time CGC took payment right when you clicked submit. Once again, welcome to CGC scrub! Hope you have been enjoying your stay. 😆
  5. Welcome to CGC were nothing makes sense and they will grade stolen "pre-released" cards and will "confiscate" cards from collectors by calling them stolen.
  6. The reason why the % of people using subgrades is so low is because they raised the price of the service from $5 to $15 per card for subgrades....
  7. I would like to send 2 of my pristine 10 slabs back to CGC to be reholdered with the new labels. They are only worth 5 10 dollar each. But the $5 handling fee and the $20 to ship these two back to me is outrageous. Is their a cheaper option I don't know about or am I stuck with these slabs as is? With all these changes I'm starting to think CGC doesn't care about the hobby, only the money. This whole ordeal seems like a scheme already....
  8. Why does it take forever to get any information around here? With stuff like this and the staff unclarity on how things operate makes me really question CGC and their grading standard.....
  9. You say the final grade can be no more than .5 points higher than the lowest sub-grade. But why are there cgc slabs on ebay with 1 whole point higher than the lowest sub-grade?
  10. Just so everyone knows, CGC DOES recognize factory crimping as a error. Just to clear anymore confusion....
  11. Isn't it $15 for subgrades?... I wish it was only $5... $15 is crazy for extra ink on the label....
  12. Never mind.... FedEx showed up today unannounced while we're out of town with a package from yall.... So now I gotta hope they don't send it back to you since I won't be home till Sunday afternoon to sign for it.... thanks anyways...
  13. Any update on this @CGC Mike? I cant get ahold of anyone through emails or phone. It just hangs up every time i call. CGC took my money and USPS says my submission is still sitting at the post office in Sarasota FL since this past Monday... still can't look up new or old submissions....
