  1. As a customer, we shouldn't have to being that.... but thank you for your input! I'm sure it will help people
  2. They are still using this shipping method? Wow.... CGC go back to the foam insert already and put them on both sides..... The more problems you have to fix the more you get behind... 34 slabs getting replaced off one submission...
  3. When was it delivered? Did you write ST on the box? How many cards in the submission? A lot of factors goes into it....
  4. Compared to the other two top Grading companies, CGC prices aren't that bad yet. I'm still waiting for the big price hike coming since CGC sold out. Who knows what's gonna happen in the future...
  5. Every submission I've sent in (starting July 2nd) once it goes into Grading/QC, they took payment within 24 hours and then would ship 3-5 business days after that. That was with 2 standard and 2 express submissions. This is just my experience. I'm still waiting on my Economy and bulk submissions to start moving...
  6. I've noticed that as well. I'm just posting what info CGC gives us here since a lot of people don't check the service page like I do. They have changed the package opening date 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Before that it was once every 3-4 weeks...
  7. From my experience, once it get to that stage they will take payment within 24 hours and then ship roughly 2-5 days after.
  8. A proper response from CGC? Lol good luck.....
  9. Bulk is processing faster than economy now for the past month by 3-4 weeks..... Bulk is where it's at
  10. Just know your not the only one. Just about everyone with Economy submissions are getting shafted. CGC should issue out refunds or discounts for BS like this...
  11. Call them is the only answer you'll get on These forums Good luck.....
  12. Yeah that's how it works now. Scheduled for Grading is the new Received status.....
  13. Funny thing about the date for packages opened is CGC changed it to May 3rd this past Monday and 5 days later changed it to 5/17? Something seems wrong... hopefully not.
  14. Everytime I send emails to CGC, it takes them around 48 hours to reply. I received a reply once at 9pm one night.
  15. I totally understand that CGC would want to protect their brand. Just seems like they need better quality control or even change up the slabs again and make sure they are total sealed and can't be popped open so easily even tho this is the second time I've seen a clean opening like this one. So I'm gonna assume this is very rare. But back to my main point. That's like telling people they can't use usps boxes to ship thing through ups or FedEx. Once those boxes get into my hands, they are my property and I can use or do what I want with them. Same goes with these slabs. I paid for the grading service and slabs once they get back into my hands I can do whatever I want with them. Sell them, trade them, break open the cases and sell the labels it doesn't matter.
