  1. Thank you for your response. I didn't know that about Ancient Mew and will be more careful about submitting those in the future.
  2. Here are some additional photos with an evolutions Pokémon card over the Ancient Mew card. The 2nd picture shows the cards are practically identical in size, yet in the 3rd and 4th photos, I zoomed in to show there was a microscopic bit of overlap on the top and bottom on the Mew card. Is it really that oversized that is doesn't fit?
  3. I have a card that was mislabeled from my most recent submission: https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3852997008/ This is just the Base Set - Unlimited - 58/102 Pikachu. That is exactly how I entered it into the system and I didn't designate it as any type of variety. While it is nice that a CGC grader wanted to give me a rarer Pikachu E3 label, there is no "E3" symbol above the "10" , like there is in this example: https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3773994103/ . Do I just send the card back and it gets relabeled for free? I'd rather have the correct type in my collection. What is the solution when a card gets the wrong designation? dd
  4. My Ancient Mew (2000) card, https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3852997002/ could not be graded because it "Does not fit safely". What does that even mean? It was given an "NC" designation. This is a standard size card and it not badly miscut, so why was I charged a grading fee for this item and I was only given a $5 refund for the grading fee on this card. Plenty of other Ancient Mew cards were graded by CGC. For example, see https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3760703002/. How is this card any different? Is there a certain size that it must fit for the holder? I am perplexed, so any help would be appreciated... Thank you.

  8. The card details need to be entered in online first, one by one, which will generate a form when you are finished. Go to https://www.cgccomics.com/orderform/#/submit/services, select Trading Card, select Mail-in to Headquarters, and select Grading. Then you will be able to click the RED Next button to start your submission (online form, not printable)
  9. I feel your pain, however I submitted one tier lower than yours (Standard). My cards were delivered to and signed for by CGC on March 2nd. Here we are 15 days later (10 business days) and there is no status update in my account. Still waiting to see that 'Received' status...
  10. I am on the online submission form and I am adding German and French Pokemon cards. For example, I have a German Charizard, but it has the name Glurak in German. When it asks for card name, do I put the English name or the German name? If I put the wrong name info, will I be docked after submitting my cards? Thanks in advance for the advice!
