  1. Are submission forms working again? They kept timing out on me last night.
  2. Logically it shouldn’t. If the grading is stricter than than means a perfect 10 is literally a perfect 10. You know to have the best quality collectible you can possibly have. There’s also the issue of having too many 10s in the market with varying degrees of condition. At least that’s the way I see it.
  3. Strict grading is why I came to CGC along with its pricing. It’s a differentiating factor from competitors like PSA that are becoming more lax in their standards as of late.
  4. It depends on how big the order is. Small orders (1-5 cards) probably 2-3 days till completion. Large orders (for example 20 cards) can take up to 4-7 days. Might also depend on the service tier. This is just my personal experience though, so I can’t speak for everyone else.
  5. It is what it is. I knew the risks I was taking buying English product
  6. I came in here just to talk about this. I was curious if bulk was still 111. When I saw the updated number I cackled so hard LOL. Sadly, yes, I am thinking about doing another submission soon. Why do I hate myself haha.
  7. Imagine this is them stealth locking submissions
  8. I usually get charged when it says “grading/quality control” or “finalized/imaged/shipped”
  9. I somehow think the wait to get the cards received in the system will be longer than the TAT in your case. So 2 months from delivered, if not 3.
  10. Paul already said it’s being worked out. Aside from assembling a full catalog of card information, they still need to design new slabs to fit the cards so it won’t be an immediate addition.
  11. Not entirely sure what you mean. Their PO Box is actually inside their warehouse facility (I don’t know how that works, but apparently it’s true). The package gets there based on the shipping speed you send it. And they don’t take money from your account until it’s ready to be shipped back to you.
  12. You’re responsible for the shipping label. Just go to a postal annex or usps/FedEx/ups store and they’ll print one for you.
  13. Yeah this is pretty painful to wait for lol. I had a package ship on the 24th and it’s been stuck in the LA for the past 3 or 4 days. Hasn’t moved an inch. and I still need to wait for another package after this. UPS or FedEx all the way next time
  14. It’ll be fine. I assume they have a printer and can copy it if needed. More than anything it’s probably just for their convenience to speed the process along.
  15. So back on topic: If anyone has been following the CGC Trading cards Instagram, it’s story is basically nonstop bulk submissions, one that was over 1200 cards from just one guy, to be graded. If it keeps up, bulk is a doomed till next year lol. I can only imagine how many more people are sending in stacks like this.
  16. No. Expect the charge and plan for it accordingly. It could take a few days to show up depending on the cc company. Then again, maybe you just got lucky and then sent out free product. Lol.
  17. Yeah I’m just stacking singles at the moment. I know regardless of who I send it to it’ll get lost in the abyss.
  18. I feel like price increases are the last line of defense grading companies use before a shutdown.
  19. Thoughts and prayers to all who just recently sent cards in lmao SGC just price hiked and CGC is the cheapest guy around by a long shot it seems.
  20. Lmaooo I was just looking at them the other day to see what the slabs looked like (not exactly a fan tbh). $75 for the lowest tier of grading though? Yeeshhhhhh
