  1. Human Torch #17. Book has a married cover and is missing the centerfold. The cover could likely be lined up better by someone who knows how to do that kind of stuff. Cool cover Timely for cheap $125. SOLD
  2. USA Comics #2 kinda hard to pin a grade down on this one. It has a married centerfold and tape on the inside spine at the staples and a bit more. Has a spine roll and at one time, had 3 extra staples (gone when I bought it). Maybe qualified 2.5? VERY cool book with a LOT going on inside, you know, once you stop staring at the wicked Hitler cover! Just above my cost at $495. SOLD
  3. Miss America #4 2.0 with 3 extra staples, which could be removed. Miss America and Patsy Walker stories for cheap! $35 SOLD
  4. Captain America #58. 1.0 due to logo cut. Cover detached, but beyond THAT, a very solid book with great paper. Very flat and clean. $195 SOLD
  5. Blonde Phantom #18 Canadian Edition. Book grades in the 3.0-3.5 range by my eye. A dry cleaning would likely improve this a noticeable amount. One thing different on this Canadian Edition compared to the American Edition is that the victim has more blood on his shirt. A little extra gore for ya 😉 $375
  6. Blonde Phantom #17 I'm grading this a 2.0 due to spine roll, miscellaneous tears and pencil in the logo, but it's a pretty decent copy for that grade. This title seems to be pretty hot. $275 SOLD
  7. First in the thread trumps any pm dealing. PayPal, checks & money orders for payment. 7 day return privilege on raw books. $12 priority shipping with signature confirmation in the U.S. (insurance is extra and at cost). Shipping outside the U.S. is expensive and at cost. Scanner not working well, so these are cell phone pics.
  8. Turns out I don't have any more to add, so I'm gonna close this thread this afternoon. Wings #91 & Kaanga #15 still available for last call. Thank you to everyone who found something for their collection.
  9. Jumbo #107 4.5 nice copy with nice paper. A few back cover tears. Great interior art. $70 SOLD
  10. Wings #91 1.0. The chew is obvious, but luckily, it's placed in a way where it doesn't hit any word balloons, so the stories are fully readable. There is also a piece of tape on the back cover. Classic cover for cheap. $90

  12. Everything has been discounted. I will end this thread tonight. Thank you to all who have found something for their collection!
  13. Pep Comics #90 3.5 once again, really nice pages in this one. Katy Keene is the highlight of the interior. $75 NOW $65
  14. Pep Comics #59 3.0 bottom staple detached at the front cover but strongly attached at the back cover. Staple tears at top staple. Cool area in the run with a mix of heroes and humor stories. This issues still has Shield and Black Hood stories, plus Suzie gets spanked!! $150 NOW $125
  15. Archie #36 3.0 Top staple detached at the front cover but still holding at the back cover (but be gentle). Nice pq on this copy too. $65 NOW $55
  16. Archie #34 2.5 rusty staples and a spine roll, but solid with really nice page quality. $50 NOW $40
  17. It's interesting. As Lloyd was involved in producing the comics, it's certainly a different situation than say if Phil at the local comic shop attached a cover proof. I'd like to know more. Did the interior have a production cover on it at one time or was it grabbed out before a cover was ever attached? I doubt it'd go NG though, mostly due to what CGC did with the DC ashcans. Those covers were just reprinted artwork from existing covers (most of them anyway), basically copied in black and white, attached to incomplete remnant interior bits of other comics. My guess is that CGC would qualify it in a green label.
