Still trying to find my package which is stuck in USPS limbo, but pre-emptively asking advice since I’m a bit panicked over this. My graded cards were on their way back to me finally and it looks like my local post office lost them. They marked the package as “held at post office (requested by customer)” for reasons unbeknownst to me and now can’t find it at the PO - keep telling me “it must be on the truck for delivery today” (spoilers: it hasn’t been.) in the event of a package lost in return shipping from CGC, what’s the process for reporting lost mail and claiming insurance? Do I work with CGC, the PO, or both?

I thought my 2/17 Recieved order had the 'Scheduled for Grading' glitch, but just noticed it moved to Grading. 8 economy cards no subs: 2/17 Received Scheduled for Grading 7/15 Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging Of course they end up being graded right before I take my first long vacation in 4 years, ugh. Glad CGC ships via USPS so they can just be caught in the normal mail hold.

I'll show off my one Zard (from a Feb EX submission) while waiting for the remaining economy cards to work through the process. I love this card, it was gifted to me many years ago and I don't know a lick of german, but GLURAK is an awesome name.

Hi all, wondering if anyone knows the best method to get a list of charges on card submissions that are in the pipeline. My cards were sent in early Feb (I think 2/12) and received 2/17. There was a price change effective 2/16 IIRC, but I happened to be caught in terrible timing in which I joined and submitted and had no idea or notification of the price increase. It is what it is! But I digress- my receipt/submission sheet is reflective of the pre-price increase, but I won't be charged until the my submission is graded and now I need to make sure my bank account is ready for the hit, but I don't actually have any idea what my final charges are. I would also really like to keep an itemized list of charges for my records, and for the express card I received back it only had a price adjustment at the bottom rather than clarifying which prices changed by how much. TLDR; 1. How do I get/who do I contact to get a correct itemized submission sheet? 2. Is there a place I can go to see a record of the prices as of the February price change? At least then I can estimate myself. Thank youuuuu

I popped in to the forums for the first time just to see if anyone was asking this very thing haha I had an Express (and also several Economy), delivered 2/16 & Received 2/17. No other movement on the express one yet, hoping to get charged soon so I don't forget and spend the money elsewhere.
