Hi, I'm just curious, why didn't my card get O/C for centering? My card has a partial alignment dot and the image of the card is very close to the edge. Can someone give me some insight? Pictures are attached. Thanks!

Pretty ridiculous that they're doing this in the first place. They should have given us more of a warning so we could get our submissions together. I was planning to submit in June but now I'm doing it 2 months early because of the rushed change in prices. Ridiculous.

I've done that and I tried it on a completely new downloaded browser. I got the same result on both. Has this happened to you before?

Has the news of rising fees caused the site to crash? I can't get to the submissions page. If this continues, will CGC extend the current prices beyond April 27, 2021?

Can someone please fix the website so we can get these submissions in before the prices go up? I got the message in the first picture below. After I cleared my cache and restarted my computer, I got the second picture, a white screen. If this doesn't get fixed in a timely manner, will CGC extend the time we have to submit our cards under the old pricing structure? Thanks! My

I've tried logging in via both chrome and safari and i get the same message. is this temporary? i have 200+ cards that are in my cart, ready to be sent for grading tomorrow. Let me know if you can fix it so I can finalize and submit everything. Thanks!

I'm sending in several hundred cards for grading and I was wondering if someone could help me with the questions below? Thanks! Can I send the cards in toploaders? Card savers are more expensive and hard to come by. I have several hundred unused toploaders. Can I send multiple bulk lists in one shipment? When you sending back, can I request you send multiple bulk lists at one time so I don't have to pay for multiple shipments? Can I use two different credit cards to pay for pay for one list? If not, I'll just make two lists, send them in at one time, and request that they all be sent back at the same time. Can I edit lists and take out or add cards AFTER I submit the list? Is there a way to save a submission form? I was going to submit 400 cards but decided that I'd like to cut it in half and only submit 200. If possible, I'd like to save the list and edit it later. How quickly after I submit a list do I have to send the cards in? I was planning to submit one list this month and one list next month when I'll have more cash, but I wanted to complete the second list this month too. Thanks!
