    What kind of membership do you have and how many cards did you submit? There can be a few explanations to why you were overcharged. It also depends when your cards arrived at CGC headquarters as prices have changed.

    I agree this is a problem. I sent over 100 cards for bulk grading and none got a 10. That includes over 10 illustrator charizards which most got 9.5 grades. Over 10 General Mills Pikachu all got 9.0 or below. I know I’m not paying $100 a card to grade but c’on there should be at least one 10. I am seriously considering canceling my membership. CGC needs to understand the market is down for sellers right now. And a CGC 9 is not valued the same as a PSA 9. Much less a 8.5 or 8 for a truly mint card.
