  4. Hi, I sent a delivery of about 250 cards to CGC yesterday, and I also inserted 20 CSG cards, and now I notice that the shipping address of CSG is different. Everything is packed separately properly, the question is if this is a problem and I need to return the shipment or can the guys at CGC transfer it to CSG? thanks Roi
  5. I know that submissions that are more than 8 months old disappear but I have submissions that are less than a month old, and those that are 6 months old that are still in the grading ( comics). I'm sure it's a bug, I'd love to have it fixed Roi

Hi , on the 21/2/22 my submission (#CGC6030161050 ) was received and was visible on my account, the submission included: Bulk with sub grades Bulk, no sub grades Economy with sub grades Economy, no sub grades Standard with sub grades Express with sub grades By the 02/03/22, the Express was marked SHIPPED, and with total surprise, also the Economy with no sub grades. The standard is still on GRADING , and also the other tiers(except bulk) I know its all still in the turnaround timeframe, its just its super strange Any ideas? Regards Roi
  8. Greetings, I have 3 questions please. 1) About a month ago, I sent a Dealer application form. I have not been contacted since, I know it is not much time, but I just want to know about how long the process takes. any idea? 2) I have a "premium" account and it will be renewed in a month. Is it possible to switch to "Elite" and still earn the auto-renewal discount? If so, how do I do it? 3) Last November, I sent an email regarding stamp grading, since I have not received any response.   9. That's what I did, it's really bigger. But if it's like that, why was it graded anyway, what do I have to do with a graded card without a slab?
  10. Okay, so my cards came back from grading, got a grade on the website ,and came back without SLAB and with the label with a sticker that says "does not fit card" written on it. (see photo" What it means? Why grade it if it does not fit, what will I do with it now? I really do not understand what is happening

  12. Hey 2 things 1) I submited 90 cards, it is recorded that the shipment was sent, today I received the grades for evrything, but 2 cards with no score at all ... These are 2 real card from pokemon booster box, and no note is listed, what could be the problem? 2) for some of my cards have notes "Pedigree inked" 'what does that mean? I did not ask for such a service thank you

  14. Hi, about 10 days ago I received a message that there was a debit attempt from CGC and the card declined the charge. Since I am from another country, they thought it was some kind of SCAM and they rejected the charge, about two hours after it happened I confirmed to the bank that everything was legitimate. But now what? I have since sent CGC 2 messages on the subject, and they still have not charged my card again. All my order is delayed just because of this technical detail? Why is it not possible to pay for our orders ourselves? Thank you ROI
