So update on this. I just received this back. Originally this slab was set to have subgrades. It graded an 8.5, but they forgot the subgrades so I sent it in as mechanical error after emailing with Customer Service a few times. I was told to include it was verified by so and so and that it was missing subs on the packing slip. Submitted this at a convention so, no shipping fee at least. Now I just got it back and... absolutely nothing was done to it! It came back as an 8.5 WITHOUT subgrades, exactly the same as when I sent it. Nothing on the slip says anything about what was done to it, nor does the website. This is ridiculous. What am I supposed to do now? Send it in again for a third time? I'm not one to ping but maybe @PaulS. might have some insight on how or why this happened again.

That does seem to be going fast. You'll be charged soon or you can call to have them charge you. Curious that you were in G/E/I for a single day. Makes me wonder if they're completely caught up on economy orders so its going faster now? That's pretty interesting. Still, my order was in G/QC for a few days before going into finalized.

I think this is probably an issue with Registered Mail, since that's how its shipped from CGC. I had something a bit similar happen but it was delivered on time, just later in the day. But if its been at that USPS for days yea I'd be concerned. Edit: Also, bit unique situation but I submitted a new bulk order to CGC directly at their booth at the Magic the Gathering Convention in Las Vegas this past Saturday. I'll update once the submission is received by CGC on the website, as I'm not sure how long it'll take compared to shipping it directly to Sarasota FL. Kinda concerned too since there's no tracking for it or proof of receipt. I guess I'll just have to believe everything is fine for now.

That's really weird cause mine just shipped, and its from 4/30. But I gotta say once it got into grading it was done in pretty much a single day. I'd say maybe in a few days you should see it move. Which brings me to my final update.
