Selling one more book in the collection to fund another purchase. This is one of the rarest New Adventures IMO. The only other issue I have seen less copies of is New Adventure #15 and possibly New Adventure #25. Only 3 unrestored copies on the census. Asking $1,900, but open to offers. I haven’t seen a copy for sale in over 10 years, so this price is based on a slight premium of what I paid back in 2010. Thanks for looking! My mistake for not stating, with CGC graded books there are no returns

Asking $2,250 OBO, and this is priced for a quick sale since it is to fund a new purchase. This book has a lot of upside, so I would advise a press and non restoration cleaning for whomever buys it. I never got around to it, so my loss is your gain. This book has 8 unrestored copies on the census and there is currently one higher grade copy at 7.0 above it. I think this book would regrade with the recommended work at 7.0 or higher. It’s priced at its current grade and I’m only speaking to potential. Open to offers, thanks for looking!

Any recommended changes to the list? Surprisingly, that list still seems fairly accurate in my opinion. Based on books that have surfaced over the last 3 years, today I might tweak the list by moving 13 down a notch, and switching the positions of 12 and 36. It's also possible that 28 could qualify for a top 10 spot. But it wouldn't surprise me if the list is still accurate as is. 32 has always appeared rare to me as well. I have only seen 3 copies. The church copy (RHG) and two very flawed low grade copies. Is this assessment way off base? I don't think that the 32 qualifies as one of the least common in the pre-hero run, but it is very rare in grade. Other than the Church copy, every known copy but one is below mid-grade and, as I recall, the mid-grade copy has poor page quality. The cover is one of Flessel's best, which may explain why it is rarely offered for sale in any grade. Gets me every time! I agree it's one of his strongest covers. 25 and 32 are by far my favorites of the run. I have always liked the colors on 26 (not necessarily the art). Yes the mid grade 32 has slightly brittle pages if I remember correctly.

I wonder if you and I are the only Golden Age collectors in Newport. Could be, I know others in Orange County, but none here in Newport Beach. I am fairly certain I am the only one in the Inland Empire

Though NA 24 is my favorite, NA 25, 26, 27, and 28 are indeed rarer. How rare is NA 13 in comparison since it is designated as Rare by Overstreet and is also given a SI rating of 10 by Gerber in his Photojournal? No doubt those watery theme adventure covers are just so much better such as NA 25, 27, 30, 31, etc. Honestly NA 13 is probably still rarer. NA 25-27 are so much more desirable though that they come to market much less often. I have seen 3 NA 13's for sale over the last 5 years, and only two each of 25-27. Most of those were low grade or restored. Just my

Has anyone discussed taking over the project? I would be willing to invest time and money in order to make the book a reality. Certainly most of the research has been done up to this point. I would think this would be more than possible considering how much interest everyone has in the subject matter (among collectors that is).
