I've had high dollar transactions with well-known Board members that have not turned out well, and I don't out them for the sake of privacy. I do everything possible to resolve the issue privately before escalating it to a public forum. Its just good etiquette. And even if I were to raise a stink, for the sake of my own credibility, I'd leave the venom and the language out of it. If the idea is to effect some "peer pressure" to hopefully get the situation or transaction remedied equitably, you'll find more support from other board members if you present it as neutrally as possible. And yes, I freely admit I came to Brent's defense because he has a ton of "good faith equity" both with myself, and the Board in general. Stick around for a few years, and you may garner the same. i understand were you are coming from. i am not that polite. if i have a problem with anyone i call them out on it. a friendly "your up" ,so to speak. so when i made my first post on this matter i was pretty calm. then came the flying circus. then i was pissed. but everything seems to be working out.

hi all again. sorry for my rant and cursing. i am sorry for the way i got pissed at brent. so to sort out any doubt out there ,here is the course of this deal. brent can correct me if i am wrong. 9/20 i will take take it posted. 9/22 get wrong invoice. 9/24 get books and amount right. 9/25 paypal payed 10/4 asked about if books had been shipped. 10/5 did not list books with payment, books will be shipped. 10/16 again have you sent my books. 10/18 sorry for the delay books go out tommorow 10/23 report to porbation thread. treated like a individual_without_enough_empathy. then go on curse laden rant. now with all this in mind ,i live an hour north of brent. as you can see this deal was screwed from the get go. i thought that the time started when you made the" i will take get" and get invoice. i must have been mistaken. sorry to everyone involved.

i have dealt with a few sellers on here, not one complaint. i payed in a timely fashion, they shipped in a timely fashion. i have bought comics from quality comix off his web site, they were at my house in 3 days. that is why i cannot understand the delay with my purchase off here and the source of my fustration. brent , i have heard "it is in the mail" from you 3 times i believe. so yes you are seeing a side of me i don't like either, but i do not like getting jerked around. if i offended anyone, sorry, but i will call bullcrap when i see it. jive mo turkey, yeah i am a newbie. i did make a legitimate complaint and it turned into a for a better lack of terms a free for all.

another thing what the f#$k is not exactly true??? it is either true or false. me and quality satarted our deal on the 22 of sept. hear it is the 23 of oct and no f-ing books......... the rules are if you do not complete transaction within one months time you are on the list. but no, the rules just apply to some.

Not exactly true. The initial delay was because when you made payment via paypal, you didn't specify which books you had purchased in the paypal description like I had asked. Anyways, I apologize for the additional delay. Your books are on their way as of yesterday and should be there tomorrow or Thursday. Brent I would say, that this problem has been worked out. the problem will be worked out when i get my f-ing books!!!!!!

Brent i have been hearing this for three weeks!!!!!! you were the one who emailed my the wrong list. i sent you the right list in responding email, and yes i f'ed up by not including the book and issue numbers with paypal payment. but you have not sent me my books and all i get is "books going out tomorrow."

here's one QUALITYCOMIX, bought some detective comics from him ,been over a month no books!!!!! he just keeps saying sorry for the delay.......... i guess since it was not a $1500 book ,he could give a rats azz

4 more days and i have a shocker badguy to add to the list. the deal has been screwed from the word go. but he has 4 more days to send me my damn comics................
