EDIT: Customer service solved the problem and uploaded the scans.
Hi there, I submitted quite a few Pokemon cards to CGC a few months ago. I received the cards back and have been trying to sell them. However, the cards that went through the standard tier service don't have any scanned images of the cards attached to the Verify Certification page. It only includes text with the certification number, information about the card, and its grade. This is making it difficult to sell the cards, because some buyers are questioning their legitimacy. I reached out to customer service but I haven't heard anything back yet.
