  1. Dear CGC, As collectors, we value the grader notes for the books we have graded and the CGC books we buy. Why are there sooo many newly graded books where Grader Notes are "Unavailable"? I'm sure you're busy trying to get caught up but the overall quality of your product/service diminishes when you cut corners. Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks!
  2. I've received several books back recently that have had very noticeable scratches and scuffs on the face of the slabs. Even worse, one of my most prized comics came back slabbed in a magazine tray and the book was shoved to one side of the slab (way off center - see photo). That's the equivalent of framing a piece of art with an uneven or off center border (looks horrible). Does anyone at CGC look at the books before they are sent to customers? There appears to be no QC process. CGC, please get it together - you're losing credibility as the most trusted grader of high value comics very rapidly.
  3. They have had my books since April of last year as well. One of them I would like to submit to the Chris Claremont signing event but can't because you can't change orders and it's forever stuck with CCS. They haven't even started pressing them yet. I called customer service and they said "it's a management decision to not allow changes to orders - there is nothing we can do". Way to go above and beyond for your customers!!
