  1. Following up yet again. These were submitted in April 2021, under the standard magazine tier. Now coming up on 16 months for the standard tier. I’ve been reassured numerous times that these would be rushed through due to mistakes on CGC’s part. They were received by CGC for grading on 6/29 after 14 months at CCS for pressing. Current TAT for standard magazines is listed at 15 days, which I believe we are well beyond that. Can someone please have these rushed through. Thanks.
  2. Regarding Submission #3857768, it finally made it's way out of pressing last week. As you noted above, can you please have it rushed through grading as soon as possible. This was the one that was submitted back in April 2021 under the Standard tier and got mis-routed at CCS.
  3. We are now at 13 months. So frustrating, considering the TATs are listed at about 12 months (253 days).
  4. Has anybody had any luck getting their non-fast track books through CCS for pressing that were submitted in April 2021? Trying to get an idea of how much longer mine will be, and I can’t get a straight answer from customer service.
  5. Do questions submitted to Ask CGC all get responses, or just those approved and appearing on the Ask CGC board? I am still waiting on a question I asked last week regarding the status of my submissions. I saw several other people asking about their submissions and get responses on the Ask CGC board, so I thought I would do the same.
  6. Previously, when I sent e-mails to customer service, I would receive an Automatic Reply saying that my e-mail was received and that I would be contacted shortly, which I was. The last few times however, I have not received the Automatic Reply (nor a response from customer service). Has anything changed recently?
  7. Can you please provide an update on submissions #3857768 & 3859636, which were submitted for pressing and grading in April of last year.
  8. I received my ASM 300 back recently with a disappointing grade, and the grader notes (which I was fortunate to receive) indicated "very light bends to cover" and "very light creasing to cover". No color-breaking. From what I could see, nothing was visible although I'm assuming they use some magnification. But when I see "very light", I assumed those would have been fixed with the CCS pressing. Apparently, they were not. Lesson learned. In the future, I will use a reputable 3rd party presser prior to submitting and cut back on wait time and potentially frustration.
  9. Hi... I have received one of my graded comics several weeks ago. On the CGC website, it is still showing as "Grading/Quality Control". How long does it typically take to get updated in the system, where I can review any grader notes (graded 9.0). Also, when I input the cert # under the CGC Certification section, it still says that the item cannot be found. It was submitted under the Standard level, but it was submitted with 2 other comics as "magazines" (also under Standard level), which are still showing as "Received at CCS". Does it not get fully updated in your system until the remaining items in the order are completed? I was curious why it received a 9.0 (hopefully some notes to indicate why) and when I might be receiving the remaining magazine items. The estimated turnaround times were/are about the same for the comics and the magazines. All items were submitted with pressing, and with standard grading level. They were all submitted together in late April, with a CGC received date of early/mid June. Thank you in advance for any information that you can provide.
  10. No, it was a post-1975 book that exceeded the value under the Modern tier, so it had to go Standard. I understand that CGC expects you to pay more for grading on higher value books, but on the Express and Walkthrough tiers, the turnaround times are substantially less. For Standard, it's about the same as Modern + Fast Track.
  11. It seems ridiculous that if you have to submit something under the Standard tier, that you are paying twice as much as a Modern + Fast Track ($75 vs. $37) and the turnaround time as of today is almost the same (74 days vs. 79 days).
  12. If that's 50 "working days", then it's 10 weeks (unless they are working weekends).
  13. If you haven't already done so, you may want to check under the "magazines" drop-down, instead of the "comics". Some of the TMNT are listed under the "magazines" due to their size.
  14. What is frustrating is that if they are currently opening books from the week of 4/12, which is 5 weeks out already. They haven't even hit the largest influx of submissions from when they made their price increase announcement on 4/21. It's sounds like it's going to get worse, before it gets any better.
  15. Their grading page says they are currently opening books that were delivered the week of April 12, so my guess would be another week or two.
