  1. No doubt people procrastinated when doing submissions. However, customers should not have to "anticipate" technical issues as these suit lickers are saying. People procrastinated but 4-6 hours should still be plenty of time to do a 50 cards submission. I got 9 cards into the cart in about 5 hours. Company side technical issues should not put the penalty on the consumer. We should be able to count on their products/systems working fine for us to use and as I said not have to anticipate technical issues. Customer service wise they really dropped the ball on this one especially with that admin (Paul S.) he said "we gave you a week notice and we did not have to. submissions need to be complete before midnight"( not exact quote but something along those lines) but WE TRIED TO GET THEM IN BEFORE MIDNIGHT PAUL! THE SYSTEM WOULDNT LET US AND THE FORM EVEN WENT COMPLETELY DOWN AT AROUND 11:30ish. Don't penalize your customers for an internal issue. Might just make someone go somewhere else. Sincerely, Big mad
  2. I will be sending mine to PSA as well if they do not honor the old price for those who had the technical issues. It should not be on the customer to "anticipate" technical issues as all these suit lickers say. No doubt people procrastinated or had cards come in late. But 4-6 hours should be plenty of time to submit 50 cards. Technical issues company side should not place the penalty on the customer.
