  1. Got a great Planet #66 from october - correctly graded, fairly priced, professionally packed - thanks (thumbs u
  2. Indeedy (thumbs u That WW #6 is a toughy!
  3. WOW - never expected to see a Tek 31 this morning. Truly an iconic cover This just in from the postman, purchased on ebay. A possible Frazetta SS candidate. (pardon the reflection from the mylar bag I'm too lazy to take it out and scan it this morning) I guess Magazine Enterprises needed a new folding machine. My Thunda #1 has the same off-centered cover that looks like spine roll, but it's a flaw in the binding.
  4. Kudos to Nik for another great deal, a CGC 9.0 Daredevil #43 Thanks Bob (thumbs u
  5. Sweet cover and colors indeed! Cooincidentally, If I got my time-frames correct the appearance of I-Ching in Wonder Woman happened around the same time the TV show Kung Fu (starring the recently deceased David Carradine) was a hit. I remember (as a kid) that the Kung Fu series spawned an explosion of martial-arts related movies and comics.
  6. Kudos go out to Skynwalker for a great SS CGC 9.0 copy of Creepy #4 with Frank Frazetta's signature. A very nice person to deal with, prompt and professional. Thanks for a effortless transaction. Bob
  7. I don't have the Epic #1 signed by Frazetta (I donated my copy to the recipient), but lemme hunt around and see if I can find a picture of it. (RMA hunts around a bit.....) Ah, here it is: (thumbs u . . . and to think it all stared out with Frazetta . . . bravo to RockMyAmadeus on uuh. . . donating this beauty!
  8. Agree This Kaluta cover is pretty spectacular too!
  9. Wow - If your fillers are "D" copies, I can't imagine what your "keepers" are like!
  10. It's exciting these things come available. It differentiates them from every book, almost like a autograph on a book. That's also the attraction. and Mile Highs are the pinnacle of that sensation - or as they say around here, Sensation!
  11. What did that MH sell for I wonder. Crippen's don't score the grade Mile High's do but I could not afford to collect them. Still, there's something cool about bringing an original collection of books together again.
  12. The 5.5 Crippen WW #6 sold for $418.25 with "juice" in 2006!
  13. Wasso funny? someone got it, why not Rick? WW1
  14. You don't have the WW #1 "D" copy do you?
  15. Thanks! I've been hunting for a upgrade to my #7 for a while, finding the "D" copy is more than I had hoped for. That makes my 6th WW "D" copy now.
  16. Thanks. It's certain to become a classic, especially once it becomes a reality (a woman president that is) . . . . . . and it ain't gonna take 1000 years for it to happen
  17. Tic-tac-toe, 2 Crippen pedigree Wonder Woman's in a row! bada-bing bada-boom
  18. I am so kicking myself for not sending my Epic #1 to the next Frazetta signing. Very nice!
