    It has Classic Illustrated #6 (Tale of Two Cities) for interiors. I beleive this is a copy of the Get Well comic that Overstret lists under Classic Comics/Illustrated section of the promotional section.

    I read that 300 copies were made. Half were sold and the rest were burned by Robert. I don't know how many copies of #2 have survived, but it has been estimated that only 20 copies of Foo #1 exist.
