  1. Hi there - I recently placed an order for bulk grading but have yet to ship out my cards. I found a few more cards I forgot I had that I'd also like to submit, so I'm wondering if it's possible to add them to my submission before I send them out. If so, how would I go about doing that/generating a new packing slip? Thanks!
  2. Nope, not a separate status. I would have had no idea had I not reached out about my sub. No notification from them and my card was charged for the order like a week earlier so...
  3. Yeah, my express order has been in Grading/Quality Control for well over a week. I reached out about it because I was thinking about arranging a mail hold while I'm out of town later this month, and when I did they told me there was an accounting hold on my order even though my card had already been charged (my membership credit also was not applied but that's a separate issue). They told me it was sorted a couple days ago but still no movement. This is my first order with CGC that's gone this far (others are standard/economy), and I have to say I'm less than impressed. I've seen a lot of others post about similar delays with express recently too. Dunno how they can lower their quoted turnaround for express when it will take me and others a month to get their cards back. Still, not really upset about it since it's much faster and cheaper than other options during this whole grading frenzy. PSA is probably even more of a ****show right now.
  4. Same with an express order of mine, even though my card was charged. Customer service/accounting was good about sorting it out but I would have no idea unless I reached out. Ideally CGC would be more proactive about notifying you of things like this though because my order is way past quoted TaT
  5. I believe that grades aren't finalized until quality control is finished. Your cards have probably been assigned an initial grade pending confirmation in QC, so I don't think it makes sense to have grades available for viewing given that they can (rarely) change in a later stage of the process.
