  1. They are actually starting to get into some that were in early June. I had an Express order I didn't label as express that was delivered in early June and was just opened yesterday.
  2. Yeah I was finally able to get a hold of someone in accounting. Sounded like someone messed up on their end. Once I pointed out what happened, it would take her a little bit to fix it and would reach back out to me. I never heard back, but it looks like they pushed my other order to grading and then used the credit for that order instead of refunding it to my CC for the other order. Which works out fine with me. I get the credit either way. Never did get a reply to my email that I sent though. Maybe they saw it attached to me account and disregarded it after I called in and got it sorted.
  3. First time I have heard of that. Every where else says they take it out automatically.
  4. I've been having the same issue. Called them in Early July and the rep got my info and said they would fix it, but its now been over a month and I got charged in full. Tried calling again and accounting just goes to voicemail. Sent them an email yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet.
  5. I don't think that's normal. My express shipment was received on the 1st and shipped on the 8th. You might want to reach out to them.

  7. So I got my invoice a few days ago and my credit card was charged $102. It was a single card for Express. I know I need to pay for shipping back, but that seems a little high. Nothing was broken down in the invoice for what was shipping, fees, grading, etc. Is that the normal price for an express card after the credit was taken out? This is my first submission ever.
  8. Yeah I did the same thing with an express shipment. I asked and they said there was nothing they could do but wait until they eventually open it.
  9. Yeah I assumed the information in the email was the same as what was on the paper they gave you with the shipping kit. Oh well.
  10. Thanks for the info. Just so I can keep track of it, on the page to confirm package delivery, I would enter the USPS tracking number, correct?
  11. I shipped a package to CGC that shows it was delivered June 14th for an Express Grading. I didn't realize I was supposed to mark the sides of the package with an EX until earlier today. Is there anyway I can make CGC aware that my shipment is Express or am I out of luck and need to wait until it gets opened over the next 3-4 months? Also when I enter the tracking number it doesn't show yet that they have received it in their system yet even though it was delivered a week ago. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!
  12. Wish I would have know that before sending my express shipment. Its probably going to sit there for months now. They got the box last week but haven't even scanned it into their system yet saying it was delivered.
