  1. I also used to be a huge advocate for them but with these changes it just seems pointless. The blue labels, sub grades, everything was super easy to read and understand and now they just throw it all out the window. “The changes we’re making with CGC Cards will benefit collectors and dealers by making our expert and impartial services more accessible, more affordable and more rewarding,” says Steven R. Eichenbaum, CEO of the Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®), of which CGC is part. “We are committed to providing the highest levels of service to the card market for decades to come.” Typical CEO of a company - so far disconnected he has no idea what people actually want. What a disappointment
  2. What did you all think was going to happen when you raised the price to an absurd level? People don’t want to pay $15 extra a card for sub grades. So the fact that you are not keeping them anymore because no one is paying for them is kinda like shooting yourself in the leg and then asking why it hurts
  3. Does anyone know the weight of a graded TCG CGC Slab? Waiting on a scale for shipping purposes but curious if anyone has a weight for me to use for shipping a graded card. thanks.
  4. Bulk Order - 57 Cards (Pokemon TCG and Pokemon Topps) Status: Shipped Order #: Received: 5/25/22 Shipped: 6/2/22 Cannot believe how quick the turnaround was!
  5. Thanks! I was able to begin creating a submission late last night!
  6. Good to know I wasn't alone - tried multiple browsers as well as multiple computers
  7. It appears the loading price selection part of the form is not loading
  8. Select TCG Select Mail/Drop Off Select Grading "Accept" the waiver "Add Trading Card" remains greyed out and wont let me move forward.
  9. What are the dimensions of graded trading card slabs? Ive looked online and came up short...
  10. I am curious if this is something I can send back to have it redone. The slab itself has a smudge on the inside that I am unable to clean off. Out of the 300 cards I have sent in to have graded this is the first one I've encountered with an issue.
  11. Correct - sorry - updated the original post with the numbers. 88 cards with subs
  12. Status: Shipped Order #: XXXX Received: 8/3/21 Shipped: 2/2/22 Order Total: 88 Cards w/subs All with sub grades! I have shipped exactly 300 cards to CGC and still have yet to receive 1 10 Gem Mint
  13. Pokemon Bulk (126 Cards) - No Sub Grades Status: Shipped Order #: Received: 6/26/21 Shipped: 12/27/21 aaaaaaaannddd I just realized I selected FedEx Priority Overnight.......its a 20lb package. /facepalm
  14. Bulk w/ Sub Grades Status: Shipped Order #: Received: 6/17/21 Shipped: 12/17/21
  15. Im assuming it was because the cards didnt have sub grades requested? I have another order with sub grades submitted the same date still in G/E/I
  16. Pokemon Bulk Order Shipped today! Status: Shipped Order #: Received: 6/17/21 Shipped: 12/9/21 No sub grades on this order - the other with sub grades appears to still being finalized
  17. Maybe if you have some 1st Edition originals? Other than that you may find a niche crowd but I haven't seen any of them moving online.
  18. Have a few bulk orders two of which were submitted on 6/17/21 and another on 6/26/21. All of them are in the Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging phase and I was just curious if there is a time frame cards remain in that phase before moving on to the next one? It's been roughly 2 - 3 weeks they've been at that phase and my credit card has been charged for them already. Thanks!
  19. I had a few bulk orders moved to "scheduled for grading". Is there a time frame or date or something more definitive? Or does the scheduled for grading date an internal only timeframe.
  20. I had to do the same thing so it must've been a larger issue.
  21. So does this mean they would begin grading cards that are still sealed in packages (or booster packs)? I have some cards from the 2000 Pokemon movie that are still in the packaging that they were given out in and was told they cannot be graded.
