  1. special edition labels for R. Crumb books art, and magazine covers underground comics would be crazy cool the marvel ones are super cool and rare ! I saw one recently on sale on eBay l Is it possible for someone request custom labels for specific artist
  2. Thanks you guys ;: > I really intrested in R.Crumb CGC grading labels for new additions and the trading cards if applicable !!! this my favorite in my entire collection and it’s my first one I ever owned too . im 30 years old and never thought I would pay more then $150 for a book, none less 50¢ cover charge book my most expensive book before these were a tattoo flash book, more less got used one for $200 msrp $350-$500 “new” or super deal on first edition hardcover book on eBay that I know are worth $1000 or more . Like Ed hardy publications and various tattooist publications , so I like the the comic so much and myself as a tattooer and collector I appraise them berry high. Me myself I don’t mind investing $1000 periodically on preservation of these issues. It’s because I’m a picky guy from the 90.s I paid $480 for my el perfecto and this unsolicited book if it was a 9.8 or 10 it would be a steady multi thousand dollar book to the right collector, like me , to go on sale I would have to put a price tag of $4000 in its existence condition , if I get them re holder that’s a whole different ball game . But Selling individual pages or low grade comic books for thousands of dollars is not unheard of , you need to promote and advertise for these types of comic exhibits and meet prospect clientele .2 high grade difference is a significant difference in a comics market place for new titles but rare vintage titles are a whole different ball game , I think vintage well preserved deserve premium ; if you find a relic treasure on on sale , lucky you 😶 I know I gotta go get some more money in my acc ASAP for more !, The market place and being a pedigree magazine I think lower grade would be little difference I think it’s $3500 difference . But then again it’s the same to me R. Crumb magazines and pages can be worth thousands of dollars to people like me I’m gonna get doubles , 😹 I need them because their so rare you wouldn’t believe me . I gonna try to collect them all , I did the math ,, if I repeat this 100 times 100 more times I would have 1 million dollar collection But it’s all hype and I’d depends on the collector and the collection , can you guys tell me the rarest c.crumb book solicited or available in the collectors market? XYZ comics Near 9.8 mint is going for about $3000 for example this precious relic is white pages , this precious relic is my moms age 💕 these are $1000 issues that we are preserving here, I mean I like the high grades add to desirability .. regardless of their condition their really and really cool
  3. So it’s just an illusion being caused by the protective film of the Haight Ashbury comic book?. I’m gonna save up for another Haight Ashbury ASAP and see if I get a similar abbreviation.. now if the order is placed I hope that not a problem that I’m short on gwalla and won’t ship until I have the money available. Has anyone else experienced this with their slabs wwyd?
  4. Are these the Newton rings that you say may be an illusion ?!? yeah its like really weird like the cgc holder is too close to the magazine . idk im going to defintely take care and hold on to these slabs. and now i have an idea of what i need to save aside for them to be re holder :0 its just noticable and i had a panic attack when i thought it could be moister or acidity from it being on sale since 2015 HA. its gonna be amazing, gonna try to buy the other 9.4 non pedigree also its on sale for $250 ! ! ! ! ! ! as for myself, im happy ordered some comics to read and keep calm until i get little dough in my acc for my endevour with these fascinating issues i dont get paid for whole week so im gonna kms the rest of the week, and hope im able to make it ! its better to channel and voice and try to make friends with the niche of intrest i have the tendency to be pushed over or ini a bad mood from being in toxic home My step dad called me names earlier this week that really ticked me off. im a serious artist need to development space to develop mnew comics and my art desk is it's built small frame. . my light pad and tablet also need upgrading my PC is ok, maybe a new moniter for design and work. i want to develop my A book label, aswell as record and CD label. FOR FEW MILLIONS for my first home and car(s) idk im a proffessional tattooist and serious collector and i deserve little respect from my friends and family, i need to save up for a new home away from the toxicity . and develop a comix room ---> .. im also gonna work on making my WORK resume more collectible and try to land a better job, heck if i feel great buying a comic imagine how i will feel after i pay the collections and school debt ! ! ! i just have to see each deduction of the debt as a highly collectible XD I just want to preserve the integrity of the thin and fragile pages of this vintage and extremely precious magazine to its maximum effort.
  5. i get it, So i understand what your are saying about the High Value Holders. My concern was that the book is so old it might fall apart but it's a 9.4 white pages. not too expensive my total for this little endeavor. I'm gonna think while i gather the money weather to send the XYZ and El perfecto to be re holder. I do like the idea of having it without any aberration and no scratches, the certificate number will always be the same, do grader notes get added with every inspection? I'm paid $150 + more premium above fmv for this specific el perfecto because to me it worth more due to condition and quality for it being from the era ! the XYZ is valuable to me because R. Crumb makes an apperence ! key note. and the cover is sooooo aweome ! I like buying issues with fun interesting features. for example my comics are not on sale now , and their not being solicited as for sale, but if i ever do sel them, i would have to add my PV x2 would be my trading price 1369.44 firm,. I know People look at me CRAZY LOOK, but its because it means alot to me, now even if it does get slight lower not ( i wouldn't mind paying xtra to be careful and try to keep the integrity of the 6.0. FINE ) to me its really rare issue. im tryin to find another and its almost $3000 but 9.8. i included the snippet of the price total if anyone is curious on how much reholder service cost , I'm exited for the high def scans. and want to do it with all my slabs that i don't have scans for. THANKS MILLIONITH ! actually makes a lot of sense I'm glad i asked so now i understand what the high value holder meant that meant when submitting comics ..
  6. 😂😂😂 even the rare pedigree or first printing ? On the form it says comics $1000 or higher would be placed in high value holder. and geesh ok , 👌 I’m gonna wait and see what news on the labels I would love special labeling for a special collection 🙏💕 Is their a crumb magazine in HVH or high priced !., I’m looking to buy XYZ comics and others I see on sale . Just little strapped for cash at the moment thanks guys yeah it’s all minimum I just want to eventually get it all together and perfect
  7. thanks man ! ! that is great advice ! and did you see the pics of the blemishes? thats good aslong as their being protected by the existing holders. insured shipping is $!00 . i just have so many comics i want to submit i figured i would start acquiring info on any issues that have been traded and need new holders. and or/ R. Crumb universal labels it would cost me about $55 to put them in "HIGH VALUE" HOLDERS" for the really rare ones .. *its is a requisite for high value comics seeing the FMV $150 non pedigree this premium pedigree the PV and asking price is priority wonder what the difference between a HIGH VALUE HOLDER and REGULAR VALUE HOLDER IS , and i still wonder about R. Crumb universal and pedigree label . going to save money that's for sure this new order is only gonna cost me $250, so im considering it especially for the desirability among collectors , not that their gonna be sold any time soon, but eventually i wouldn't mind acquiring doubles and having them all mint. ive attached a snippet of a label on displayed on a CGC webpage ..
  8. so im about to place an order on reholder on a few magazines. My rarest most valuable comic magazine showing blemishes on either holder or in between the holder and magazine's protective plastic film i noticed a pearlescent aberration like blemish squiggling around in between the ladies and though out the print its best for a collector to have the magazines inspected by a pro and wish to have a updated label for my Haight-Ashbury pedigree, if applicable i hope the grading does not drop because it's my highest . for the crack corner of my holder on other print mint just like cracked on the corner and i thought about super glue but no way !! i will see what advice the pros have before making any decisions second of all my rare and precious XYZ magazine only shows little scratch when looked up close and with bright white light on the front . i wish not to lower the grade of my comic is it possibility that after the pro about suggestions , i did buy this rare first edition due to a little misprint issue or distinctive white mark across vertical the word comics in the title. my rare and priceless comic deserves a new holder, maybe thats part of the cover? is restoring for a higher grade worth it ? what is this distinctive line on this rare and orecious comic book 🎨 i dont like this about mailing my collectibles but i will use so much fragile stickers and bubble wrap a possible and trust you guys with my heart soul... is their a guarantee that my holders will be in collectors condition , i bought new 10 Diamond CGC Magazine Mylar Bags but want to make after noticing the crack i scared moister or humidity or even heat waves affect my comic books and need a holder to protect and display my precious rare collection ! and finally i thought about new comics and wondered if we could please celebrate Mr. R. Crumb Birthday with a commemorative and historic label ! is this a possibility like i just saw the rare marvel and rare villian ones i see on the market but maybe character or drawing thank you let me know you thoughts on this "CGC grade label Idea. thank you is their a suggestion place or special request for comic collectors :> my collectibles will be safe , correct @@@ like today my package from usps arrived little wet up and squished but it was a storm out and pour heavy so the mail man prolly ran into some trouble. now i see these orders have accumulated to lot of money. i want to make priority to the r. crumb submissions everything else can wait for now, if thats ok i wont mail any of that stuff until i have more money, for now i want to save to re hold my current collection that is shows blemishes.. you cant see the blemishes on the photos but an idea of what labels and issues im speaking of i wish i could drive them up but my collected car isnt that reliable so im preparing a new box now with the invoices., i just want to make sure i have the money in my account .. im super low on funds and have many deals i need to take care of. :./ thank you -fernando
  9. This is what I’m gonna Mail .. first order ok first package I will submit .. I was unable to make th order using the form for the reholder, I was unable to see the price on that , if possible , the “minor problem” is so unnoticeable from regular perspectives their might be another remedies such as special CGC fix. Please tell me your advice I like the high grade and condition I found these precious relics and I don’t want to risk ruining their precious encapsulated condition, I will accept them as they are .. but I do wish to speak to the professional about these , this is how I have my books for submission . Gonna include this order I had planned on shipping along with 40 other comics but these are my priority please 👁‍🗨🌟 especially my first edition r. Crumb hippie era magazines please I paid premium for the state their in and I want to preserve their desirability
  10. So I’m currently collecting R. Crumb magazine, covers, and artwork ,, their some really premium expensive ones I need, but lots of variants and issues that I also want . I recently bought few slabs on eBay and have few minor problems . . 🤷‍♀️ My arcade the comics revue#1 just arrived and it’s cracked .. the magazine needed a home, I’m little hesitant about buying the rest of the collection but will let the seller know this way I can receive credit toward the purchase of his collection , and wanna see what I can do for my new comic book . also my prized possesion! el perfecto #nn is clean nice in between the magazine and in between the mag their is a pearlescent aberration that I’m afraid that it’s acid or sort of blemish causing substance . and finally my favorite slab has light scratches only noticeable when flanked really close range with bright white light and magnifying scope or lupe I was told to use German polywatch plastic polish and that would fix the light scratches on plastic surfaces and have it looking smooth ❄️🌟 cheers everyone !!!! Happy collecting I guess I will post progress on these , I’ve spent $700 on these alone . Considering shipping and taxes. And orderd new cgc bags ! Just now I want to make sure their perfect before their bagged again 😂💗 I’m searching for XYZ comics all printings, variants, and editions I noticed great sales on eBay I’m saving up
  11. OMG , i must admit , dont have a comic room. i got a book shelf, i was thinking about investing in fire proof safe but a comic room i will develop a room for my comix ! first i gotta pay the greedy credit collections and school debt and goverment then the bank system wtf ! ! arggh!!! how do people buy houses in america is their a short cut maybe making lisences on art and music, anyone got an idea ?!
  12. Professionally graded R. Crumb comic books and magazines, R. Crumb covers, stories, art, and appearances. Started my collection with first printing XYZ comics, Kitchen Sink Press CGC universal grading 6.0 and have a niche for first printings , but will collect newer editions, printings, and variants also.
  13. for me a tattoo artist that enjoys collector collecting is a like a job. like gathering crayons or color arranging something it takes not only muscles but intellect . The gig is in Archiving and preserving the collections. I'm planning on collecting vehicles and antique cars eventually maybe a few racing cars . I'm gonna need to collect usd bills for the goverment and the property and land owners and their taxes, collections, insurance, medicade, social security, mortgage, rent.) after i collect some cars and muscles cars; going to collect a nice miami mansion and settle down with a wife while i begin to collect a home in asia for business as i wish to develop software and video games aswell as produce records CD and books , so im looking for a better job .. for now im simply collecting comics on the side hustle while tattooing and lucky able to bake, make burgers and soy patties in the conventional ovens "atrist of the sandwhich" my current job title and its like not for certin and the businesses still pay minimum to their employees . i'm searching for editing, translating, typing, job going to work on my porfotlio and resume .. !!!! a great salary would be something nice to collect fluent in writing translating Spanish and English and familiar with some kanji and Indonesian language, fast learner .
  14. CGC Recognizes Haight-Ashbury Pedigree | CGC (cgccomics.com) how come the label on my graded comic book is diffrent then the labels shown on the CGC webpage? according to the registry this was graded 2013 , maybe they since then changed their labels thanks.
