Strange Tales #126 pg. 12 - Dick Ayers pencils and Paul Reinman inks. Twice-up, large silver age art, image size 18½" X 12¾", featuring Mr. Fantastic stretching, the Torch flaming and the Thing making his usual wisecracks. Also the Torch & FF's arch-foes the Mad Thinker and the Puppet Master in the final panel. The page is white; any "tanning" near the edges is an artifact of my poor scanning skills. Some text correcting whiteout in panels 1, 4, and 5. The only whiteout art correction is Reeds face in panel 2. One word of text glued in panel 4 caption box. See scans. I haven't been on in a little while but I've been a little busy. Here's a quick update for anyone who's interested. If you don't care, just scroll down to the book. My last few big sales were all an effort to free up enough money for a down payment on a house. I sell as josfriend2 on EBAY and you can check out my status there I have a personal grail that I want so, I am selling Batman 1 CGC 6.0 with extensive Professional restoration $32,000 Shipment will be made by USPS Registered mail and insurance is included. I picked up a small lot of 95% NON-superhero Golden age books pretty much just for this book and a Detective..But would love to grade/price this correctly for trade purposes . It had a dog eared upper right cover since the beginning of time with a small tear there also..some spine splits top and bottom cover(rip on bottom also),no ripped pages. cover and center pages still fully attached at staples Maybe a G+? 2.0?
