SOLD! I'm sure many of you were drooling at that 9.2 Northford Pedigree copy that just sold for over $30k. Well, how about copy that has a comparable front cover to a high grade book but for less than 10% the price Please no hall of shamers or probies. I will ship anywhere in North America, and I accept Pay Pal or bank transfer. Price is in USD. Returns are okay, but buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping will be $12 to anywhere in Canada, and $18 anywhere in the USA (Tracked). First timestamped gets it. I knew this day would come but hoped I could put it off some more, but alas i'm finally offering up one of my favourites in my collection. Let's just address the elephant in the room first, yes there is staple rust and stains. It sucks. The good news is the rust isn't active, as I've been so super paranoid about it since buying this issue in 2012 (already graded) that i've watched it constantly. No additional changes have occurred in all these years, so unless you're planning on storing it in a dank leaky castle basement you'll be fine . Also the stain is limited to the back cover (not the beautiful front art) and the distance of the stain puts it in the gutter margin for any interior pages it might have hit. So, all that considered, it's basically a book that otherwise presents like a very nice high grade book. The colors are vibrant and the entire art is crisp, with only a small amount of wear near the edges - nothing detracting from the cover art itself. A CGC 5.5 and 6.0 universal of this issue have popped up recently, but if you compare them to this cover the difference is clear (they had creases, more chips and spine ticks, and colour breaking). GPA is hard to pin down on this one, but the raw copies recently sold on eBay have been very strong (So I encourage anyone looking to gauge the price to check those sales out). A note about the back cover pictures, but for some reason the stains look much darker and more visible in these than in hand (I guess the lighting setup I had) - I've attached another shot of the back in 'regular' lighting to help show it off. Looking to get $2,600 (or best offer, send me a DM and let's work something out!) Trades? Yes, kinda.
