Or not....we shall see. For those of you that have visited my Modern Age thread in the past, I've listed my entire collection in that thread (mostly) and pulled everything out pre-1985. I've got over 100 raw comics, so I will take my time with this thread. Some of you know how OCD I am when it comes to listings and good pictures. Rules, rules....so many frickin' rules!!! No HOSer's or Probies allowed...NO EXCEPTIONS. If you're on my ignore list, you'll know it. I'm only shipping to U.S. buyers....sorry Canada. I will ship Media Mail, but please PM me and let me know if you'd prefer Priority. No returns for buyers remorse, disagreements with grade, or drinking way too many Natty's or Seltzer's. I'll cut right to the chase: I don't have a TON of money, but I'm trying to pick up my copy before prices start spiraling even further. I can probably swing GPA value for the grade range presented, but beyond that's probably a stretch. Having a complete ASM Vol. 1 run has been a lifelong goal, and I'm hoping someone out there would be willing to help make that dream a reality. I have a few criteria, however: -Cover attached at both staples (staple pulls aren't ideal, but fine) -Spine splits don't exceed 1/2" -No huge pieces missing from the cover (this one's more of a "know it when you see it" but I don't want it missing 1/4th of the cover) -Complete, all pages intact I strongly prefer paying through PayPal, and would also prefer a seller with a sizable kudos thread. This is a really big purchase for me, and I'd like to minimize the risk as much as possible. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to view this listing. Hope to hear from you soon! -
Hi all, brand new here so hope to get your help. I just purchased what I believe to be a marvel Collectable classic signed edition of a chromium reprint of the 1990 Spider-Man “torment” #1 issue. However the actual rating of 9.8 by CGC says it’s a reprint of Amazing Spiderman 300. A.) Is this a mistake by CGC? B.) This really is a reprint of Spider-Man 300 but with the cover art of Spider-Man #1 1990 edition ? c.) this is a fraud, someone put the book in a case belonging to a spiderman-300 reprint?

Vancouver (BC) Comic and Toy Show returns Sunday October 24, 2021 to the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) at Hastings and Renfrew Streets at FULL capacity. Family fun at a comic book centric show (golden age to modern comics, mags, graphic novels, some artwork) plus toys, action figures, Funko Pop and cosplay too. Giant-size hourly door prizes of 3 x $100 gift cards and 3 x $50 gift cards plus more (Toy Traders warehouse bucks) to be handed out. 200 8 foot dealer's tables already sold. Non-wall vendor's tables at $90 each (plus GST) being wait-listed. Adult admission $14. Tickets sold online via the PNE weblink. Extra marketing being done via PNE event contacts list. Masks are mandatory. All attendees and vendors over age 12 should have their second COVID-19 vaccine shot plus at least 10 days by Oct. 24 per BC Health guidelines that start that Sunday for indoor public trade shows.
