Smoking Covers!

While going through a pile of stinky late golden age books, I noticed that this book really has a prominent cigarette smoking cover.

 

With today's stance on smoking (and I have never even had one puff...of anything!) I couldn't imaging seeing something on the racks like this today. Anyone else have other interesting smoking covers?

No cigs, but the label on this pack say "Marijuana" (can't see it well in the scan). There also seems to be some other "bad for you" stuff.

Let's not kid ourselves. Hollywood shows more blatant smoking in films then were ever shown in comic books. Here in OZ the censors are going to start rating movies in accordance with the amount of smoking that is shown. Smoking will be regarded more harshly than nudity.

 

I am not saying I agree with this but when you consider that teenage girls are the number one group taking up smoking (western world) then something has to be done.
