The only one I can figure out is at the lower right corner. Thats a John Wayne #8.

I have identified all the comics on the bottom row up to the man's coat. (There are actually two rows, but the other row only has one inch of the cover showing) The comics on the bottom row from right to left are:

John Wayne #8

Red Ryder #51

Ghost Rider #3

King of the Bad Men of Deadwood (Avon) oneshot

Famous Gangsters #1

Captain and the Kids #21

Gene Autry #48

Goofy #42 (Standard)

The Chief #2 (Dell)

The rack behind the man has two columns of comics the titles in the rack are:

Column 1 - Column 2

-------------- ---------------

Rangers Comics - Pancho Villa (Avon)

Famous Stars - Peter Rabbit (Avon)

GI Joe - True Movie and Television #3

Not a very good source, I'm afraid. They're also representing our very own blowupthemoon's mock-up of the OA for the cover of Action #1 as the real deal.

That's Flee's creation.

Gotcha. Keener eyes you have my friend :headbang: Popular and Crackajack Funnies :applause: ... and probably a Funny Picture Stories to the left of those. (thumbs u

To the left of the Funny Picture Stories there is something (maybe Star Ranger Funnies 2/1?) an Adventure Comics, Comics on Parade (looks like #9), and a Keen Detective Funnies.

Edit - Popular Comics is #35.

:bump:

I stumbled on its large high res version and we can stop squinting and look at those books easily in the shot below. Creating it, I realized that I have a copy of the Amazing Stories right above the comics -

Comics on Parade #9

Keen Detective Funnies #11

Super Comics #7

Funny Pages 2/12

Wow, Flessel's Adventure 32 cover really stands out in that crowd.

Without a doubt it is the best of the bunch.

Found this photo on a website that is fabtaculawesome. Talk about overall time transport and the photos overall are excellent. Here's the comic one, I'll do the specific comic discovery along with everyone else.
