Books from a binder...please help me decide...

I would buy those in a heartbeat if I were you. The defects are annoying but they are more than made up for by the FINE eye appeal and the GOOD price. My first priority is always to simply get the books I need and worry about condition later, as long as the price is right. In this case, the price looks right. smile.gif

Gary Dolgoff had a large GA collection of books like that several years ago. I bought 5-10 of them and couldn't have been happier. FYI, I had NO trouble selling some of them later, usually at GVG guide or so.

Ok, I did some negotiating and bought the rest: 5,8,9,11,12,13

 

Straight guide was $647.50, he was asking $670 individually.

 

He accepted my offer of $485 + $10 insured shipping. So, I got them for roughly 75% of guide, or 72% of what he was asking.

 

Too good of a deal to pass up in my opinion. I wish you guys could see the page quality!!!
