how many were printed?

 

i thought it was a limited run of 10,000

 

1 for each dealer in appreciation of the success of the book

 

That is was marvel told us when they sent them out(Was the manager of a LCS at the time)

 

Payed the owner 100.00 for it then and sold it long ago.
