Light soiling along fc near spine (foxing??), staples are clean, bc has tear and a light vertical crease. This book present like a F-, but technical flaws keep it lower.

Typical defects with a VG, maybe VG-: chip out near top staple, creases, thumb crease with small tears (3 - 1/4", 1/2" 1/8") on right edge fc, but still has nice gloss on a tough black cover
