Looks like a nice clean copy to me. Looks like a little corner blunting top and bottom of spine? And is that also a tiny chip at bottom outside corner of back cover? I'm guessing around a 9.0.....

8.5 -- the corner rounding is what pulls it down most for me

8.5 looks like a number of small spine ticks and the corner rounding. Oh...and some water on the front cover. Ah, my mistake that's in the sink. Nice book mate.
