Not trimmed....know that for fact.

 

Cool, just speculation based on the fact that the 'world's smallest superhero' banner seems very close to the top edge and the top edge appears to slant slightly up from the spine to the top right corner. I know comics are produced cheaply and the manufacturer trim on the covers varies. Nice batch of Atom comics rube.
