FInally after 2 months of talking to this guy without actually having book in hands I bought them. Advertised as NM. Small corner chip out (maybe DC chipping if that is something like marvel chipping). I also have a 171 also advertised as NM BUT after looking at the cover, I think there is color touch in the pink. Doesn't bleed through at all on the inside cover but there are enough spots that don't look right.

Hate too say it but small tears and chips will prevent a book from achieving a 9.0 grade, let alone a 9.2

Thanks guys, grades are all over the place on this. I am returning the books to the owner for a refund....not even close enough for what I paid.
